OUR POLICY

The schedule is for motorbikes. If you travel by car (7-seat-car), there will be a guide accompanying the driver.

Extra cost: $25/person

1. FULL PRICE, INCLUDING:

• 2-WAY TICKET: Ha Giang -> Hanoi -> Ha Giang. + V.I.P Limousine or Palace Bus (cabin car, limousine 9-16 seater). + Pick up and drop off at the airport or in the center of Hanoi: Old Quarter, West Lake, My Dinh bus station, Noi Bai airport.

HANOI -> HA GIANG: Limousine (pick up at 16:00 from Old Quater), Palace Bus start at 21:00 (Transfer bus pick up Old Quater before 20:00) or 22:00 (pick up Noi Bai airport)

HA GIANG -> HANOI: Palace Bus (pickup at 21:00) or Limousine (pick up at 16:00) from Min’s Ha Giang Hostel

• Free dorm: Sleeping, bathing, personal hygiene, etc. at the hostel after arriving at Ha Giang (About 3:00, a few hours before exploring Ha Giang).
• Breakfasts, lunches, dinners.
• Free “Happy Water” & Party Dinner
• Motorbike with gas, helmets & protective gears, full experience local guide rider.
• Full tickets: Boat in Nho Que’s River, entrance ticket.
• All accommodation (PRIVATE ROOM): Homestay, hotel, resort (all the good place to stay in Ha Giang).

2. IN CASE OF TOUR CANCELLATION

• Before 48 hours: 25% of booking cost.
• 24hours – 48hours: 50% of booking cost.
• Within 24hours or no shows: 100% of booking cost.

3. PAYMENT & REFUND

• Deposit 30% of total cost.
• Deposit period: 02 days (from the date of booking).
• Deposit refund period: within 03 days from the date of notification (Bank fees are not included).

NOTE: The costs above do not include extra tips for the tour guide.
